What We’re Looking For in a Registered Nurse:
NMC Registered: Fully registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Clinical Expertise: Proven experience in clinical settings is essential.
Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively at all levels is key.
Team Player: A flexible and cooperative approach is a must.
Passion for Care: A genuine interest in working within a care home setting.
