We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Repairs Team in Abington. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where every interaction makes a difference, we'd love to meet you.
As the first point of contact for repair requests, you'll play an important role in ensuring patients receive timely service and the equipment they rely on every day.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, and healthcare providers requiring equipment repairs.
Receive and coordinate repair requests by phone and in person with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate repairs with technicians and internal departments.
Create and maintain accurate repair orders, customer records, and service documentation.
Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations when applicable.
Process payments, purchase orders, and repair-related documentation.
Communicate repair status updates and provide exceptional customer support throughout the service process.
Partner with technicians, warehouse staff, billing, and customer service teams to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college credits or degree preferred).
Prior experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Internet applications.
