Oversee the 340B Program to ensure strict compliance with HRSA federal regulations while maximizing program savings. Collaborate with Finance and Pharmacy leadership to manage operations, including registration, purchasing, and auditing.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field and knowledge of 340B regulations. A 340B ACE Certification is required within one year of hire, with a Master's degree or 3-5 years of experience preferred.
