Position Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and help drive new customer acquisition and support partner marketing efforts through hands-on execution of digital campaigns, events, and trade shows.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will support the marketing team's execution across campaigns, partner marketing, events, and email — helping bring programs to life and ensuring everything is tracked and measured accurately in HubSpot. This is a highly collaborative role: you'll work closely with teammates across the marketing function to keep campaigns moving and well executed.

This role is built for someone who loves being in the details of a campaign execution including supporting a digital programs, building campaigns, supporting content marketing, planning an engaging trade show, and helping a partner co-marketing effort come together. A great candidate will have an eye for the data and systems that make those efforts easier to measure and repeat.

What You'll Do

Campaign & Marketing Team Support

• Support execution of marketing campaigns across the team, helping coordinate timelines, assets, and channel setup
• Support paid media efforts as needed, including campaign setup and performance tracking
• Help ensure campaigns are well coordinated and consistently tracked in HubSpot

Partner Marketing

• Support execution of partner and co-marketing campaigns, from setup through reporting
• Help coordinate partner marketing assets, campaign timelines, and shared program logistics

Email Marketing

• Build and deploy marketing emails that support campaigns, events, and nurture programs
• Manage segmentation, quality assurance, and performance optimization to improve engagement

Trade Shows and Events

• Own coordination and execution of trade shows and events from planning through follow-up, including logistics, booth activation, and on-site presence
• Ensure lead capture, campaign tracking, and post-event reporting are in place

Reporting and Performance Visibility

• Contribute to dashboards and reports across HubSpot, CRM, and paid platforms
• Provide insights on campaign performance and support attribution tracking across channels

Marketing Systems Support

• Help manage HubSpot campaign setup, segmentation, and workflows in support of team-wide programs
• Support lead routing and data consistency in partnership with Sales Operations
• Support adoption of marketing tools, naming conventions, and reporting standards
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing specialist, or a related B2B role
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company environment
• Experience supporting campaign execution across multiple channels (digital, email, events)
• Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform, and CRM systems
• Experience planning or executing trade shows, events, or webinars
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Strong attention to detail, a team-first mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working in partner or channel-driven marketing environments
• Familiarity with ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience with marketing operations, automation, or lead lifecycle management

Compensation & Benefits

At Binary Stream, we recognize the importance of competitive compensation. We benchmark annually against Canada’s tech sector to ensure our salary ranges remain current and compelling.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $71,000 – $85,000

This range reflects the starting compensation for new hires in a full-time capacity. Final offers are based on experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring. In exceptional cases, compensation above this range may be considered.

Annual Performance-Based Bonus:

Employees are eligible for an annual performance-based bonus that reflects both individual performance and company-wide results.
