Job Title: Senior Executive

Department: Benefits Co-ordination

Reports To: Team Leader Benefits Co-ordination

Job Purpose:

This person is accountable for overall BR Verification process. Making sure efficiency & productive maintained all time.  

Key Responsibilities:

·         Ensuring Insurance eligibility verification process is done in a timely manner  

·         Communicate clear instructions to team members.  

·         On time response to the client queries.  

·         Internal discussions with the team members for knowledge sharing.  

·         Need to work if any resources is unavailable.  

·         Clients advance days to be completed  

·         Complete the BR Connect tickets assigned by TL.  

·         Must be report to TL’s with the EOD status on a daily basis.  

·         Updating the KPI.  

·         Checking the Verification related denials & Rejection  

Skills and Competencies:

·         Problem solving skills  

·         Good Analytical and communications skills.  

·         Knowledge of Insurance Plans

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor Degree or equivalent demonstrated academic achievement.  

·        Should have minimum of 2-4+ years of experience in Medical billing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

·         Productivity – 100%

·         TAT – 100%

·         Ticket SLA <95%
