The Shift Leader supports daily swim school operations by assisting management with staff oversight, facility maintenance, and safety standards. They also step into various roles including swim instruction and front desk duties to ensure a positive experience for families.
Candidates must possess strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A Lifeguard Certification is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe.

Manager.
The Shift Leader supports daily swim school operations by assisting management, maintaining safety and
service standards, and helping create a positive experience for families and team members. This role combines
operational support, customer service, aquatics oversight, and hands-on facility support in a fast-paced
environment.
