The Clinician in Training will work under the mentorship of a BCBA to provide ABA therapy and support client success in a center-based environment. Responsibilities include assisting with assessments, creating therapy materials, conducting team training, and maintaining clinical data.
Candidates must be in the final stages of BCBA supervision or newly certified and eligible for licensure. Applicants should have experience working with children and the physical ability to lift and transport clients as needed.

Bierman Autism Centers is looking for a full-time & center-based Clinician in Training to join a motivated and energetic team focused on transforming the lives of children diagnosed with autism while building a fun and creative culture at work. Every little detail of your work adds up to something that will amaze you. You will be committed and focused on helping parents and their child grow on their terms. You will constantly challenge yourself to gain new skills, try new methods and adapt to be better to help each child. Our one-on-one approach is focused on natural play to teach foundational skills our kids can build on, such as self-advocacy and communication. Every child’s success is unique! We continually challenge ourselves to do anything it takes to enable our kids to reach their potential on their terms.
Our centers are open Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am – 5pm. We primarily work with children between the ages of 2-9 in a center-based environment.
The Clinician in Training is an entry level Behavior Analyst role that is designed to give the candidate a hands-on training experience by pairing them with an experienced BCBA who will serve as their mentor as they go through the CiT Training sequence. The CiT has a primary responsibility to accelerate client success through responsibilities delegated by their assigned BCBA mentor. By sharing a caseload and pod, the mentor BCBA will serve as a model as the CiT learns all of the responsibilities and tasks that they would need to complete as a Behavior Analyst.
