Lead the engineering and physical build of integrated laboratory automation workcells while establishing scalable hardware standards. Oversee multidisciplinary teams in mechanical, electrical, and systems integration to ensure high-quality deployment and productization.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 10 years of experience in automation or complex electro-mechanical systems. Must have a deep understanding of pharma automation standards (GAMP 5, ALCOA+) and at least 5 years of leadership experience.
Biosero is seeking a hands-on and strategic Head of Hardware Systems & Integration to lead the engineering, standardization, and physical build execution of integrated laboratory automation workcells. This role will oversee the teams responsible for mechanical, electrical, and systems integration while driving scalable engineering standards across hardware platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong experience leading multidisciplinary automation engineering teams and developing standardized, high-quality automation systems in a fast-paced environment.
The base salary range for this position is $132,000-$180,000. Benefits include 401K with company match, PTO, Health Benefits, Investment in Professional and Personal Development, and much more.
