Service Advisors/Service Writers act as a liaison between service customers and service technicians. Responsibilities include greeting customers, advising on service needs, generating repair orders, scheduling appointments, and mediating between customers and technicians.
Candidates must have basic automotive knowledge and customer service skills. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
