Monitor changes in trade laws, sanctions, tariffs, and embargoes, and adjust company policies accordingly. Leverage 3rd parties (Western, Radius, FedEx) to understand, advise and manage this on behalf of Biamp.

  • When needed, work with 3rd parties (freight forwarders, brokers, suppliers, and Biamp functions) to resolve issues where Trade Compliance is impacting inbound or outbound delivery of goods.

You'll also support by:

  • Working with Biamp Supply Chain and Distribution teams to identify potential compliance risks, including violations of trade laws. Assisting in the development of risk assessment and potential mitigation.
