The After-Sales Service Assistant manages telephone reception, customer welcoming, and the administrative back-office for the workshop. Key tasks include opening repair orders, tracking hours, managing supplier invoices, and handling customer billing.
Candidates should have basic technical knowledge of public works equipment and proficiency in IT tools. Strong interpersonal skills and a medium level of English (oral and written) are required.

En relation étroite avec le Responsable Atelier, l’assistante SAV assure la réception téléphonique du SAV et l’accueil des clients du site auquel elle est rattachée. Elle assure le back-office de l’activité SAV et en coordonne le suivi centralisé en relation avec le service comptabilité.
