The CSR manages inbound calls, schedules service appointments for plumbing and electrical customers, and supports dispatch operations to ensure technician productivity. They are also responsible for documenting job notes in ServiceTitan and conducting follow-up calls for memberships and estimates.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and proficiency with ServiceTitan are preferred.
