The Opportunity
We're looking for a Restaurant Growth Manager who gets things done. Someone who builds trust with restaurant owners, digs into complex problems, and takes real ownership of customer outcomes, not just the easy wins.
You’ll own the activation and growth of newly signed restaurant partners, guiding owners through onboarding, solving digital presence challenges, and removing every barrier between them and their first online order. What You'll Do:
Own Restaurant Activation & Growth
Build Trusted Relationships

Serve as the primary advisor to restaurant owners and operators throughout the activation process

Educate partners on growth opportunities, best practices, and how to get the most out of BeyondMenu
Solve Complex Business Challenges

Investigate and resolve account access, ownership verification, and administrative roadblocks

Build creative solutions when standard processes don't apply, and partner cross-functionally to get them across the line

Quantify issues clearly so the right people can act fast
Drive Measurable Results

Increase activation and adoption rates while reducing time-to-value for new partners

Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall growth performance
Become a Growth Expert

Develop deep expertise in restaurant digital presence, local search, and online ordering ecosystems

Stay ahead of industry trends and serve as a go-to resource for customers and internal teams alike
Who We're Looking For: You don’t stop when you hit a roadblock, you find a way through it. You’re resourceful, urgent, and organized. Specifically, you:
● Build trust quickly and communicate with confidence
● Take ownership of outcomes and thrive in a fast-moving environment
● Stay organized across a busy pipeline and hit deadlines consistently
● Are comfortable managing up and partnering cross-functionally to get things done
Preferred Background● 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Client Services
● Experience working with SMB customers and business owners
● Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive outcomes under pressure
● Bonus: restaurant/food-tech, SaaS, or local digital marketing experience
