The Warehouse Lead provides subject matter expertise and direction to warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency and accurate inventory management. They are responsible for planning shipping and receiving schedules while maintaining safety standards and meeting branch performance metrics.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of warehouse experience operating a forklift. The role requires the ability to pass a company forklift certification and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
