The House Manager oversees front-of-house operations, including crowd control, event execution, and serving as a liaison for production teams and artists. They also provide administrative support by managing schedules, ticketing systems, and supervising student usher staff.
Candidates must have three to five years of experience in a guest experience or front-of-house role within a performing arts environment. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in office software are required, along with the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
