Responsibilities
The BDR is responsible for generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads. They partner with Account Executives to build a pipeline by engaging senior HR and Finance leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
Requirements
Candidates need 1-3 years of experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales and strong communication skills for senior decision-makers. A proactive mindset and the ability to work from a German office three days a week are required.

The role
As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact between beqom and future customers. You will:
Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals
Engage senior HR, Finance, and business leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations
Partner closely with Account Executives to build and progress pipeline
Continuously test new approaches, messaging, and tools to improve results
What are we looking for?
1–3 years of experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales (BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or similar)
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
Curiosity, resilience, and a desire to learn
A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your pipeline
Based in Germany with the ability to work from the office three days per week
Bonus points if you:
Are curious about AI and enjoy exploring new tools and ways of working
Have experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lemlist, Outreach, Nooks, or similar sales technologies
Enjoy testing, learning, and improving your approach based on results
