The TMA provides resident care and performs medication administration and treatments under the direction of a licensed nurse. They are responsible for ensuring timely, efficient, and safe care while communicating with families and health team members.
Candidates must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant Registry and meet state requirements for medication administration. Experience in hospitals, home care, or nursing homes is preferred.
