The Market Lead drives provider engagement and network performance to ensure profitability and improved medical cost outcomes in the Birmingham market. This includes executing operational workflows, managing provider relationships, and using data to drive membership growth.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in health plans, value-based care, or healthcare consulting and reside in or near Birmingham, Alabama. A bachelor's degree in Business or Psychology is required, with a graduate degree preferred.

While this is a remote work role, candidates considered for the role must live in Alabama and have the ability to travel consistently within the Birmingham, Alabama metropolitan area 30%-50% of the time. Over time, travel may be required to other areas within Alabama based on expansion strategy.
As Market Lead, Network Operations, you will be the primary driver of provider engagement and network performance as we launch a new partnership in Birmingham, Alabama. This role develops the strategy and business plan to drive markets to profitability by identifying growth opportunities, strengthening partner performance, and improving medical cost outcomes.
