Responsible for monitoring and paying tax and insurance obligations for a commercial real estate loan portfolio. The role involves collaborating with asset managers and government agencies to maintain the financial integrity of the portfolio.
Requires a high school diploma and experience in cash management or banking functions, with a preference for a business degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential.
Summary:
Responsible for the monitoring and payment of specific tax and insurance obligations of an assigned commercial real estate loan portfolio. This position works directly with Asset Managers, Escrow Managers, local/state/federal government agencies, developers, owners, investors, third party vendors, and other industry groups all with the intent of providing and maintaining the financial integrity of an assigned loan portfolio.
Major Responsibilities:
