The Clinical Trainer is responsible for training new Behavior Technicians and RBTs according to BACB standards and company programs. They collaborate with BCBAs to ensure therapy teams operate efficiently and children make adequate clinical progress.
Candidates must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT IV or higher) with at least one year of early intervention experience in ABA. A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree is highly preferred, along with previous leadership experience.

Your Work and How You’ll Make a Difference:
The center's Clinical Trainer will train clinical staff with direct coordination and oversight from BCBAs, ensuring that training milestones and clinical expectations are achieved. Additionally, this position will be responsible for collaborating clinically with BCBAs, making sure that each Therapy Team operates effectively and efficiently while guaranteeing that every child makes adequate progress according to BACB’s clinical requirements. This role is vital to the center's success. It ensures that all new Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) receive training according to BACB standards and comply with the company’s training program. All training milestones must be completed as specified.
