Oversee daily operations and coordinate individualized care plans for individuals with developmental disabilities across multiple sites. Act as a primary advocate and ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) regulations.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in the DD field as a Lead DSP or Residential Manager and a thorough understanding of DODD guidelines. Must possess a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and relevant certifications including CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration.

Neuroscience has taught us that our own neuroplasticity allows for change through the creation of new neural pathways and losing those which are no longer used. Applied Behavior Analysis: Understanding an individual’s behaviors can lead to change. When behaviors are reinforced or rewarded, they are repeated. Positive Psychology: An individual’s focus on the positive can foster personal growth. Building upon existing strengths and traits can increase satisfaction and engagement.
