The RN serves as a Charge Nurse responsible for supervising LPNs, CNAs, and Mental Health Technicians while ensuring ANA standards of care. They collaborate on treatment programs and individual plans of care while acting as a liaison between program and medical staff.
Candidates must hold a valid RN license and a degree in nursing with a focus on psychiatric patients. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required, including 1 year in mental health care, along with BLS and non-violent crisis intervention certifications.

We currently provide inpatient programs and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) that provide therapy to those struggling with emotional disorders, substance abuse, and mental disorders.
