The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, documenting repair needs, and preparing accurate service estimates. They also act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians to ensure repairs are completed to high satisfaction standards.
Candidates should have previous automotive service advisor experience and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
