The Assistant Construction Manager supervises trades and suppliers to ensure work aligns with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Key duties include conducting daily site inspections, managing three-week look-ahead schedules, and coordinating with architects and engineers via RFIs.
Candidates must be proficient in reading construction plans and specifications with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. A 10-hour OSHA training certification is required, with 30 hours preferred.

Assistant Construction Manager
Opportunity Summary:
The Assistant Construction Manager, reporting directly to the Project Lead, directs and supervises all trades and suppliers performing contracted work in an area of work designated by the Project Lead. The Assistant Construction Manager, in coordination with the complete project team, is responsible for creating schedules and managing the flow of work to achieve the project schedule. The Construction Manager manages the jobsite workforce to ensure compliance with project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
