Oversee and perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative schedules for building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Manage work orders, vendor coordination, and departmental budgets to ensure facility efficiency and safety.
Requires 5+ years of experience in building maintenance or property operations with strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems. Prior supervisory experience and familiarity with Building Automation Systems are preferred.
