Lead scheduled group exercise classes focusing on flexibility, cardio, strength, and balance for residents in senior living communities. Develop fitness programs specifically designed to promote and maintain positive fitness levels for the senior population.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field and certification from an accredited organization like ACSM or ACE. Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Fitness Specialist, preferably in a senior services setting.
BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Per Diem Fitness Specialist to lead scheduled exercise classes designed to develop and maintain positive fitness levels for residents in a Senior Living Community (Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Living Facilities) in Louduon County, VA. This is a substitute role. As a member of our Senior Living Team, you will be an integral component of a continuum of care.
