The Licensed Practical Nurse will perform home visits to provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and client assessments. They are responsible for monitoring client conditions, documenting observations in electronic medical records, and coordinating care with the multi-disciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse license and have at least one year of recent clinical experience. Strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to travel to assigned cases are required.
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN to join our Salisbury Senior Living Office. This part time position works with our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in senior living communities throughout Lexington and Salisbury in North Carolina.
One year prior clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse is required.
As a home health nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
