The Registered Nurse will perform home health visits to provide patient care, including wound care, medication administration, and clinical assessments. They are responsible for following care plans, documenting observations, and coordinating with the clinical management team.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Ohio and possess at least one year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to travel to assigned cases are required.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
