The nurse is responsible for conducting home visits to provide medication administration, wound care, and treatments according to designated care plans. They must monitor client conditions, document interventions using a tablet, and coordinate care with clinical managers and doctors.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Vermont and have at least one year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and the ability to travel to assigned cases are required.
