As a Senior Quality Assurance Technician, you will support laboratory experiments and ensure compliance with quality standards. You will perform quality control reviews, document findings, and suggest process improvements.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of experience in life sciences or chemistry. Experience in quality assurance and the ability to work in a BSL-2 laboratory are also required.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Technician, you will be joining a dynamic team performing cutting edge research across multiple disciplines. Operating in a collaborative environment, you will provide invaluable support to a large government contract. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will ensure laboratory activities are performed in compliance with the Quality Program and other applicable quality standards and procedures. You will also support audits, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) investigations, document control, and review of daily reports and other program records to verify completeness, accuracy, and traceability. The role also includes performing trend analyses, identifying areas for process improvement, and helping maintain the integrity of laboratory operations and reporting.

This full-time position is contingent upon contract award and will be in Washington DC.
Battelle is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role is $22.50 - $30.95 per hour, in addition to our comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location and market conditions.
