The recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to build a high-quality workforce. They will also maintain candidate data in the ATS and partner with hiring managers to align on staffing needs.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer-facing roles. Strong organizational skills, proficiency with ATS systems, and the ability to perform high-volume outreach are required.

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This individual will manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, build strong pipelines, and help create a positive, high-quality candidate experience.
Pay Range: $50K - $65K annual salary + Uncapped Bonuses!
Job Type: Full-Time, In-office (not remote)
