The Restaurant Manager oversees Front Of House operations, including staff training, leadership, and ensuring service standards are met. They are also responsible for inventory, liquor ordering, and coordinating activities between the bar and dining areas.
Candidates must have previous managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant and proficiency with POS and KDS systems. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
