Bar None Auction is a leading auction company specializing in construction equipment, commercial trucks, and agricultural equipment. We connect sellers with serious buyers through a highly successful auction platform. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing customers. In this role, you’ll engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, identify equipment buying and selling opportunities, qualify leads, and provide timely follow-up while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Your Role: Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative for Bar None Auction, you will:

• Build Customer Relationships – Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through inbound and outbound communication while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify Sales Opportunities – Engage customers to understand their equipment buying and selling needs, qualify opportunities, and generate leads for our Territory Sales Representatives.
• Conduct Proactive Customer Outreach – Participate in outbound calling campaigns to follow up with buyers, sellers, and prospective customers, gather market intelligence, and identify future business opportunities.
• Support the Sales Process – Coordinate with Territory Sales Representatives by providing qualified leads, customer insights, and timely follow-up to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain Accurate Customer Records – Document customer interactions, update account information, and track activities, opportunities, and follow-up tasks within our CRM system.
• Represent the Bar None Auction Brand – Professionally represent Bar None Auction through knowledgeable communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
