The Project Accountant manages financial and administrative tasks for projects, including setup, billing coordination, and cost tracking. They collaborate with operations and clients to ensure accurate financial reporting and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred candidates hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in project or construction accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with software like Sage Intacct or Procore is highly desired.

Bancroft Construction is looking for a full-time Project Accountant.
Position Summary
The Project Accountant will support the financial and administrative management of projects performed for Bancroft’s Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) client(s). This role is responsible for project setup, billing coordination, cost tracking, contract compliance, reporting, and financial support throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Accountant will work closely with Operations, Project Managers, Accounting, and the client to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely invoicing, and strong project controls.
Starting salary is based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
