The Opportunity 

We are excited to offer an internship within our Finance team, starting July 2026. You will play an integral role in supporting day-to-day financial operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your financial and analytical skills while contributing to meaningful projects at the intersection of public sector innovation and private sector expertise. 

What You Will Do 

• You will support day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking and reimbursement processing, financial data entry and reconciliation, and assisting with financial reports and analysis. 

• Will collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing activities. 

• Need to maintain and improve financial data quality, leveraging Excel and data management tools to drive accuracy and process efficiency. 

• Need to provide administrative support to the finance department and contribute to the smooth running of financial workflows. 

• You will participate in special projects and assignments, including work with CRM or ERP systems as required. 

What We Expect From You 

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is excited about finance and eager to learn. A can-do attitude is a must! 

• Advanced Excel and data management skills the ability to manipulate and analyse large volumes of financial data is essential. 

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to build and interpret financial data and reports. 

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, international environment. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude. 

Your Profile 

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; working towards or holding a Master's degree in a related discipline is a plus. 

• A mandatory internship agreement from your university is required. 

• A native or professional level of English in both written and spoken communication is required. Additional languages - such as German, Spanish, or French - are a strong advantage but optional. 

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM or ERP database systems is a plus. 

• A genuine interest in finance, data, and working within a purpose-driven, international organisation.
