Lead the research and development of next-generation high-throughput, low-cost, and high-fidelity gene synthesis technologies. Optimize existing process workflows and resolve technical challenges related to complex sequences and long-fragment genes.
Requires a PhD in Molecular Biology or Biochemistry, or a Master's degree with over 6 years of experience in gene synthesis. Must possess deep expertise in molecular biology techniques, genome editing, and the ability to handle complex genetic sequences.

2. 难度序列与长片段基因合成技术攻坚；
3. 现有工艺流程优化，持续提升基因合成效率及成本优化；
4. 对开发过程中遇到的技术问题进行全面技术分析和解决；
5. 及时跟进研发热点及文献阅读。
招聘要求：
1. 博士学历，分子生物学、生物化学等相关专业；或者硕士工作经验6年以上，在基因合成领域具有丰富的经验。
2. 扎实的分子生物学基本功：精通基因克隆、质粒提取、大肠杆菌转化与培养、PCR/qPCR等全套技术，并对不同克隆策略（如Gibson Assembly、Golden Gate Assembly等）的原理和适用性有深入理解。
3. 熟悉大肠杆菌基因组编辑技术（如同源重组、CRISPR-Cas9系统），能利用基因编辑工具对宿主菌株进行定向改造以服务于基因合成需求。
4. 具备解决复杂序列问题的能力，如高GC，高度重复序列，毒性基因，大片段基因组装等。
5. 具有较强的分析解决问题的能力，熟练使用 Office, Excel, Powerpoint 等办公软件，具有生信编程、分析能力可优先考虑。
6. 工作积极主动，责任心强，为人诚实，能吃苦耐劳，有较强的团队合作精神及沟通协调能力。
