Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Writer role based in Bengaluru. The Medical Writer will be responsible for developing clear, accurate, and compliant scientific, clinical, and medical communication content related to Ayati’s diabetic foot care technologies. The role will involve preparing user guides, clinical summaries, manuscripts, white papers, educational materials, marketing content, and documentation for healthcare professionals, patients, internal teams, and regulatory purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and journal submission documents
  

• Conduct literature reviews, manage references, format manuscripts, and prepare tables/figures for publications
  

• Prepare scientific and medical content related to diabetic neuropathy, diabetic foot, vascular assessment, microcirculation imaging, and related healthcare topics
  

• Develop brochures, presentations, website content, newsletters, blogs, educational materials, and social media content
  

• Search, compile, and summarize scientific articles, clinical studies, and relevant medical literature
  

• Develop content for training modules, medical education programs, and product-related communication
  

• Work with the marketing team to create medically accurate, engaging, and audience-appropriate healthcare content
  

• Draft case studies, white papers, clinical summaries, conference materials, and product communication documents
  

• Support regulatory, clinical, and technical documentation when required
  

• Review and proofread scientific, clinical, marketing, and training materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  

• Stay updated with recent developments in medical devices, diabetes care, neuropathy, vascular assessment, and healthcare technology
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, biotechnology, or a related field
  

• Strong foundation in medical writing and scientific writing, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and evidence-based documents
  

• Experience in medical communications and writing for diverse audiences, including clinicians, patients, and internal teams
  

• Good research skills, including literature review, data interpretation, referencing, and summarization of scientific sources
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to accuracy and detail
  

• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with clinical, technical, regulatory, and marketing teams
  

• Familiarity with diabetes, diabetic foot, neuropathy, vascular assessment, and/or medical devices will be an advantage
  

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
