The QC Technician coordinates and organizes repairs to meet finishing schedules while communicating deficiencies with subcontractors. They also perform hands-on interior finish work, including drywall repairs, caulking, and site cleaning.
Candidates must have previous experience in high-rise construction and a solid understanding of finishing trades. Proficiency in reading construction drawings and the ability to use hand and power tools are required.

YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY
As part of the Quality Control team, the Quality Control (QC) Technician will be coordinating and organizing repairs to meet the timelines of finishing schedule. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of finishing trades including drywall, paint and finish carpentry.

The hourly wage range for this role is $32/hour, plus paid overtime plus paid health/dental benefits after 3 months.
