Lead the construction of a multi-family concrete project by overseeing subcontractor performance and ensuring safety, schedule, and quality objectives are met. Collaborate with Project Managers and head office to administer contracts and communicate project updates.
Requires at least five years of experience as a superintendent or assistant superintendent on high-rise concrete projects. Must have a proven track record of leading projects from pre-construction to completion and the ability to motivate site crews.

YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY
Axiom Builders is looking for a passionate, relationship focused and experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of a multi-family concrete project in the downtown core of Calgary. The ideal Superintendent has experience with concrete structures, managing sub-trades effectively, a track record of safe and on-time projects and is someone that others follow to your next site.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000, adjusted for experience, plus a competitive bonus program. During the interview process, let’s talk to get the right fit for your experience level.
