Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and adequately direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and redirect calls as necessary.
• Manage the reception area, keeping it organized and presentable.
• Maintain the visitor log and monitor access to the premises.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Process mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution among staff.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Respond to general inquiries about the company and its services.
• Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory levels.
• Arranging administrative events such as Eid celebrations and various other special occasions.
• Coordinate office meals by selecting diverse dining options and evaluating catering services for quality.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in Arabic.
• Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work additional hours when necessary.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move effectively within the workplace to complete tasks on time.
