Requires at least 5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience and a high school diploma, with Epic Trainer certification required within one year. A bachelor's degree and professional certifications like CHFP, CRCR, or CPC are preferred.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Senior Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join our Patient Financial Services Department at our Crestline location.
Analyze data and complete assessments to implement process improvements to positively impact the hospital and professional receivable collections, improve the patient experience, and ensure compliant billing. Create, coordinate, deliver, and maintains successful education programs for Avita’s Revenue Cycle teams. Act as a primary liaison with IT and revenue cycle vendors. Serve as a subject matter expert on Epic functionality.
