The Corporate Attorney provides legal guidance on healthcare regulatory, transactional, and operational matters, focusing on payor relationships and government program participation. Key duties include drafting and negotiating contracts, overseeing Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, and ensuring compliance with federal and state healthcare laws.
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare law, specifically with government programs and managed care, is required.

The attorney advises team members, providers, and partners on a broad range of health care regulatory, transactional and operational matters. This role serves as a key advisor on payor relationships, with focused responsibility for commercial contracting and participation in federal and state healthcare programs, including Medicare and Medicaid. Responsibilities include interpreting laws related to patient rights, data privacy, billing, contracts, and government regulations, as well as conducting legal research.
This is a full-time, on-site or remote position.

Pay range: $132,000 -178,000 per year, based on credentials and geographic location.
