The Procurement Manager will lead country procurement efforts to maximize value and optimize supplier relationships across EU sites. They are responsible for consolidating the supplier base, identifying new vendors, and leading strategic contract negotiations to drive cost-saving initiatives.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional experience in procurement management or strategic sourcing within an international matrix environment. Fluency in English is required, with strong skills in contract negotiation and supplier performance evaluation.
As our Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading country procurement efforts to efficiently and effectively maximize value from suppliers and meet the company's objectives. This role provides procurement support across EU sites, specifically covering Poland, the Netherlands, Germany and France. You will establish strong procurement foundations, optimize supplier relationships, and lead strategic cost-saving and growth initiatives by consolidating the supplier base, identifying and onboarding new suppliers, leading contract negotiations, and securing procurement-driven growth opportunities.
This is a fully remote position located at our Wroclaw, Poland facility.

The salary range for this position is 184,000 - 294,000 PLN / year.
The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
