The role is responsible for the daily operation, quality, and performance of production lines, including equipment maintenance and batch documentation. It also involves coaching team members and participating in Lean programs to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Candidates must have a Leaving Certificate or equivalent and be willing to work on a 2 or 3 cycle shift rota. Previous experience in a similar role or the medical device industry is desirable.
