We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, providing an excellent opportunity to gain practical skills and insight into HR operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.

 

What you will do:

• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach (email or phone)
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers
• Support in employer branding activities such as career fairs and social media campaigns
• Conduct market research on recruitment trends and candidate sourcing strategies
• Assist with candidate experience initiatives and post-interview follow-ups
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed within the HR department

What you will bring: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Experience using Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, other language is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
