The Occupational Therapist provides quality assessment, treatment, and education to patients in home health and contract facility settings. They are responsible for implementing plans of care to help patients achieve optimal functional levels and quality of life.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a valid state license. Current AOTA certification and a clinical background are required.

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing quality Occupational Therapy services to patients and contract facilities to include assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, provision of education, documentation, and patient/family communication for the purpose of assisting the patients achieve optimal functional level and quality of life in an interdisciplinary rehabilitation setting. The Occupational Therapist reports directly to the Director of Rehabilitation.
