The Sales Development Representative will convert inbound leads into opportunities by building relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to prospects. They will collaborate with Account Executives to drive growth and meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS prospecting and possess strong communication and active listening skills. A persistent, goal-oriented mindset and proficiency with sales-tech tools like Salesforce and Outreach are required.

We are seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and convert inbound leads into opportunities for our inside sales team. If you’re an active listener who understands that process drives success for you and for the team, you could be our next SDR. Successful candidates will understand the value of customized outreach and meeting prospects at their point of interest. You should be organized, focused, and self-motivated to surpass every goal put in front of you.
The range listed is the on target earning (OTE) potential. OTE is a mix of base pay and variable pay earned based on meeting sale's goals. In addition to OTE our compensation package includes equity and variety of great benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location. Details of the OTE split will be shared during the interview process.
