Apoyar en iniciativas de datos e inteligencia artificial, trabajando estrechamente con equipos de producto, ingeniería y negocio.
Preparar y limpiar conjuntos de datos, documentar supuestos y realizar análisis exploratorios para identificar patrones, sesgos y requisitos de calidad de datos.
Contribuir a la documentación técnica y de procesos: registros, guías de uso y checklist de lanzamiento.
Participar en revisiones de código, sesiones de brainstorming y presentaciones de resultados a stakeholders internos.
Apoyar en la monitorización post-lanzamiento de modelos y pipelines, recopilando métricas y reportando incidencias a los responsables.
Mantenerse al día con tendencias en data y AI y proponer mejoras prácticas para acelerar lanzamientos y asegurar calidad.
Conocimientos prácticos en Python y bibliotecas comunes (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy). manejo de SQL.
Comprensión básica de conceptos de machine learning (regresión, clasificación, validación cruzada) y métricas de evaluación.
Habilidades analíticas sólidas, atención al detalle y capacidad para traducir problemas de negocio en soluciones basadas en datos.
Actitud proactiva y enérgica, con fuerte disposición para aprender y enfoque continuo en la búsqueda de soluciones y mejoras.
Manejo de Power Bi para la presentación de datos y conocimientos en data analystics
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, comunicarse claramente y recibir feedback constructivo.
Deseable: experiencia previa en proyectos académicos o personales con modelos ML, uso de herramientas de versionado (Git) y exposición de IA.
