The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing safety, quality, and production objectives within the maintenance department. They lead the team in daily work assignments and participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
A bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Engineering, or Industrial Technology is preferred, or eight years of relevant work experience. Preference is given to candidates with at least six years of experience as a maintenance supervisor.
