We are looking looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO.
This is a highly trusted, hands-on role combining approximately 70% personal assistance and private schedule management with 30% executive and business operations. The personal side is the core of the position.
The right person will quickly learn the CEO’s routines, preferences, and priorities, anticipate his needs, and stay one step ahead.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s complex personal and professional calendar, including meetings, appointments, personal commitments, preparation time, and changing priorities.
• Take full ownership of the CEO’s frequent travel arrangements, including researching and booking flights, hotels, transportation, complete itineraries, changes, and special requirements.
• Manage purchases, vendors, and service providers for the CEO’s personal and family-related needs.
• Handle urgent requests, unexpected issues, and ongoing personal matters from initial request through full resolution, while proactively tracking open items and anticipating upcoming needs.
• Coordinate executive and leadership meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, collecting materials, documenting decisions and action items, and following up with owners until completion.
• Create executive presentations, including All Hands and leadership updates, by collecting input from stakeholders and turning it into clear, accurate, and well-structured content.
• Plan and coordinate leadership offsites, including schedules, travel, venues, logistics, catering, materials, and communication with participants and suppliers.
• Support the OKR coordination, follow-ups, and progress tracking.
• Support initiatives led by the CEO by coordinating stakeholders, organizing information, tracking progress, and ensuring decisions are translated into action.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant directly supporting a C-level executive; experience supporting a CEO is a strong advantage.
• A genuine willingness to manage personal assistance and private logistics as the primary focus of the position.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Strong ownership and the ability to manage tasks independently from start to finish.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, maturity, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Confidence to follow up, push stakeholders, and hold senior employees accountable when needed.
• Strong written communication, meeting-summary, and presentation-building skills.
• High technological orientation and comfort working with Asana, Google Slides/Sheets, AI tools, and presentation platforms.
• Excellent English and Hebrew.
• High flexibility and availability for urgent or changing needs.

What This Role Is Not

This is not a purely business operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff position.

Personal assistance, private schedule management, and day-to-day personal logistics are central responsibilities and will remain the main focus of the role. The business component adds exposure and impact, but does not replace the personal-assistance foundation.
