About the roleWe’re looking for an Advertising Sales Manager who combines strong sales ownership with excellent relationship management. Someone who can prospect, sell, close, manage clients, and grow long-term advertiser relationships.
This role is a hybrid of sales, account management and customer experience, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, systems, and helping clients get results.
You’ll be the central point of contact for our advertisers and partners, supporting them through their campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of their assets, and identifying new ways we can help them grow with us.
This includes managing warm and cold outreach campaigns, as well as B2B marketing initiatives. The focus is on organization, execution, and checking metrics to assess engagement and campaign performance.
You will own the commercial relationship from:
Prospecting → cold outreach → discovery call → proposal → follow-up → close → Fulfillment → account management → renewal/upsell.
What you’ll be doing:
🕒 This is a full-time role with core working hours of 10am-7pm UK time with some flexibility needed to work with clients in US Pacific Time.
About youYou are commercially minded, organised, proactive, and confident speaking with business owners, founders, marketing managers, educators, therapists, and senior decision-makers.
You enjoy building relationships, but you are also comfortable being measured on sales activity, pipeline management, closed revenue, fulfilment, and client retention.
